About the Role

At Refrens, we're looking for a Chartered Accountant who wants to do more than traditional accounting.

In this role, you'll work with CFOs, finance heads, founders, and business owners to understand how their finance operations work and help them adopt smarter, technology-driven solutions.

You'll consult businesses on their accounting workflows, demonstrate how Refrens can improve their financial operations, and guide them through a smooth transition from their existing software to our platform—helping them adopt Refrens as their primary accounting and invoicing system.

This is a consultative sales role where your accounting knowledge helps you build trust, solve real business problems, and deliver the right solution. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with CFOs, finance heads, founders, Chartered Accountants, and key business decision-makers.
• Understand how businesses currently manage their accounting and finance operations.
• Identify business challenges and recommend the right Refrens solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how Refrens can improve accounting, invoicing, compliance, inventory, and overall business operations.
• Guide businesses through the evaluation process and help them adopt Refrens as their primary accounting and invoicing system.
• Help clients transition smoothly from their existing accounting or ERP software with minimal disruption.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned business clients and become their trusted advisor.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Share customer insights and feedback to help improve the Refrens product.
• Contribute to business growth by building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, meeting new people, and solving problems.

You should have:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and business owners.
• Good understanding of accounting workflows and business finance.
• Comfortable using computers and modern accounting or ERP software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A consultative mindset with the ability to influence rather than hard sell.
• High ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Great to Have

• Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to finance transformation, ERP implementation, or software consulting.
• Previous experience in SaaS, fintech, enterprise sales, or solution consulting.
