Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to handle client demos, accounting support, and coordination across teams to ensure a smooth client experience on Refrens.
Key Responsibilities
- Give product demos to clients and explain how accounting works on Refrens
- Follow up with clients after demos and coordinate with the Sales team for closures
- Work with Support and Onboarding teams to resolve client queries and conduct doubt sessions
- Prepare bulk upload Excel sheets as per client requirements
- Identify client issues or bugs and coordinate with the Tech team to resolve them
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for help article content when needed
- Handle bookkeeping for Ultimate clients and maintain regular client communication
- Manage GST and TDS filings and assist clients with other accounting services by coordinating with CAs
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, GST, and TDS
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests
